I have been tutoring for quite some time now, particularly in the subjects of math and science. I believe each one of us has the ability to excel and grow when it comes to learning these two challenging subjects. Currently, I am teaching science at a local school and have been teaching for 7 years prior. I would have to say that my teaching style is very agreeable. I enjoy working in both one on one settings and group settings. However, I do believe the students benefit with more personal attention to allow them to really grasp the information being taught to them. This allows for more focus on individual questions and understanding. My true belief is that learning is a process, and it is something we will be doing until the day we die. I graduated from the University of St. Louis and the University of Missouri and have received my bachelor's in Secondary Education. I am currently working toward my next degree, which is in Mathematics. In my downtime, I enjoy watching and playing sports, including hockey, football, soccer, and baseball. I also enjoy reading and astronomy.
